Yes! Both are limited-edition festive radish cakes specially launched for Lunar New Year, perfect for personal enjoyment during New Year visits or as thoughtful gifts. The Spanish smoked sausage version offers an innovative exotic twist, while the handmade dried shrimp version preserves the classic Hong Kong fresh flavor.

    2. What allergens are in the products?
Both products contain the following ingredients and their derivatives—please take note if you have allergies:

    • Cereals containing gluten
    • Crustaceans (dried shrimp)
    • Eggs
    • Soybeans
    • Sulphites

The Spanish smoked sausage version additionally contains smoked chorizo (which may include other processed meat components).
If you have severe allergies, please consult us first or avoid consumption.

    3. How should I store them and what is the best-before date?

    • Recommended storage: Must be refrigerated at 0–4°C; can be kept for up to two weeks.
    • After opening: Consume as soon as possible within one week to maintain the best texture and freshness.
    • Best-before date: Please refer to the date printed on the product packaging (due to handmade production and limited supply, batches may vary slightly).

Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the radish texture and flavor.

    4. What is the recommended cooking method and tea pairing?

    Pan-frying method (recommended):

    1. Remove from the refrigerator and slice into approximately 1 cm thick pieces.
    2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add a little oil, and pan-fry both sides until golden and crispy (about 3–4 minutes per side).
    3. Enjoy hot for the best crispy-outside, tender-inside texture!

    Best tea pairings:

    • Spanish smoked sausage version: Pu-erh ripe tea – its warm and mellow nature neutralizes the oiliness of the sausage while enhancing the natural sweetness of the cake, making the flavor smoother and more enjoyable.
    • Handmade dried shrimp version: Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needle white tea) – its elegant, clear, and gently sweet profile brightens the fresh shrimp notes, creating greater balance and refreshing clarity.

You can also pair with XO sauce, chili oil, or light soy sauce to enhance the taste.
